How we work
Mapping and risk assessment: We begin by identifying risk factors, locations and situations where threats or violence may arise. Through observation and interviews we build a clear picture of the current state.
Preventive measures: Based on the analysis we develop recommendations and routines to reduce the risk of incidents – for example conduct training and clear action plans.
Training and exercises: We provide training for staff and leaders on how to recognise and handle threatening situations safely. Focus lies on communication, conflict management and safe responses to escalating behaviour.
Support during and after incidents: In the event of an incident we can provide crisis support and analysis to strengthen the organisation's ability to act in the future. We help evaluate routines, document lessons learned and update guidelines.
